Suitable for couple without kids or 1 person. There is a main bedroom wit double bed and the small entrance room has a single bed so 2 adults can stay here. 1 wc/shower with ventilator. Kitchen with washing machine for clothes and small oven and gas stove (smal) and ventilator,

It has a back veranda where it is flooding if you dont keep it clean of debris so its not suitable if you plan to rent it and then be away. The other neighbors dont care as the flat next door is demolished by the owner. For this reason the price is low but you must understand you must keep an eye on the veranda cleaning so that watr go down and not in the house when it rains. I live here a year and i never got flooded except once when I did not clean the veranda before rain.

This is a cheap place but GREAT LOCATION 280 meter to metro station and central train station and suburban rail, but it has this one thing (the flooding thing) that you must take care, so not suitable if you often abroad and not here.
UTILITY BILLS OF THE BUILDING IS ABOUT 10-15 EURO/MONTH (cleaning of the building entrance etc).

Only people who want to rent for mor than 12 monts. Ideally 2 years with great possibility to renew. NGOs welcomed/ Locals Greeks and Expats.
